  My wedding ring split where the original sizing was done over 10 yrs. ago so I needed it repaired. It was good for about a week (after I waited almost 2 weeks) then the gold from the same spot peeled off. I took it back and he said that it happened because of the way he repaired it and said he would do it a better way. (Not sure why he didn't do "the better way" the first time!) Then the gold was scratched so he had to fix it again. Now the gold is coming off AGAIN!!! I'm soooo annoyed!!!!
